Harper Blaine is making her way as a P.I. in Seattle. It's usually simple research projects, or tracking people down. Every now and then, one throws her for a loop in the danger department though. Someone gets a little violent, Harper gets pushed around - no big deal! Until the time she gets killed. Oh, it was only for a short time -- she was brought back to life. She should be feeling a love for life. She should be feeling lucky. Most of all, she should NOT be seeing ghosts, spirits, or vampires. She should NOT be falling into another dimension. She should NOT be in the Grey.
But that's where she is. Life isn't normal for Harper anymore. And neither are her clients. There is the newly-made vampire, trying to find a mentor before his ignorance kills him. Then there's the guy who wants Harper to find an organ that's supposed to be a family heirloom. It all seems normal, but the guy is - well - not a guy. He's a thing, a being, a spirit. And the organ - pure evil.
So now Harper is taking meetings with Vampire Bosses. And, she's trying to learn how to be in the Grey without the Grey being in her. AND, she's trying to date the hot auctioneer she just met. How does a semi-otherwordly girl make it in two worlds without losing everything?
Greywalker was a bit slow at the beginning, but did eventually pick up. I'm interested enough that I will most likely read the next in the series, Poltergeist (Greywalker, Book 2)
, if I run across it. My rating: 3/5

I liked Greywalker too but I never got around to reading the rest of the series.
I also enjoyed greywalker and would like to read the rest of the series.
